  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and product category.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 Business Days

  • Express Shipping:
  • Major Cities: 1–3 Business Days

  • Subject to product availability and serviceability.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Customized, personalized, bulk, corporate, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification once the order is successfully placed.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, our team will notify you promptly.

Giftola shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising due to:

  • Incorrect contact information

Any correction requests should be submitted before order dispatch.

The courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their policy.

Additional shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer for re-shipment requests.
